Khtowat for Quality assessments and tests are designed to measure the true level of competence in Food Safety in accordance with international standards, through scientific and practical questions covering HACCP, GMP, Microbiology, Food Safety Management Systems, and Auditing. The assessment aims to accurately identify strengths and gaps, and to support individuals and organizations in building development plans based on real data and results, not on impressions or assumptions. The testing system is based on an adaptive intelligent approach, starting with basic questions and progressively moving to more difficult ones after consecutive correct answers, while providing easier questions in case of repeated incorrect answers. The final score is calculated based on the weight and difficulty level of the questions presented, enabling an objective and accurate determination of the participant’s true competency level.
